Hi again, im gonna tell you about the decree of law 701.

It was create in the year 1974 to control and prevent the erosion on coastal range principally, and other places where there was erosion. At the beginning it work very well, but and in the same time the big companies on that time see on this decree of law a big opportunity to expand their business, So they start to take advantage of this, causing on the native forest and the communities was live there, big problems like the replacement of their places for big areas of forestry industries.

Nowadays is on the way a modification of this decree, which make it fairer for both sides (big companies and the affected parts), but is not the finale solution to this problem.

Both parts have many things to win or lose, the finality of this new proyect is, both sides in conflict have to made an agreement to not have problems in the future, and make more peaceful the relationship, and not have to do another proyect again to resolve the problems.

In my opinion, at first, the decree was create to resolve the erosion on the soil, what worked well, but if the big companies would not have taken advantage of this decree, maybe now we would not have to deal whit this problem.
